Relay is licensed for one end project: one client brand-handoff site or one internal brand-guidelines site.

OTHERHOUR — Festival & Personal Programme Template

OTHERHOUR is licensed for one client / one end project: one festival or cultural-event website. It provides room discovery, artist pages and a personal programme; it is not an event-ticket purchase or ticketing service.

For either product, another client, site or separate project requires another license. Customize the template for that project; do not redistribute the source template or paid Remix link, resell it as a template, or use it to make a competing template. No unlimited agency use or resale rights are included.

The applicable Framer paid-content Single-Use Commercial License governs Marketplace purchases. This summary does not expand its rights or promise transfer/sublicensing of the reusable source. Keep the reusable product-delivery link private; consult the applicable terms before transferring source-project ownership. Third-party fonts/services retain their own terms. Framer hosting, domains and bespoke customization are not included.

Digital delivery and return access

After a successful payment, the checkout returns to a protected access page that verifies the purchase and provides the purchased template's Framer Remix. Sign in to Framer and choose Copy. Bookmark the access page and keep it private for future visits; a delivery email or receipt containing the Remix is not promised. If you lose access, contact support with your order reference and do not pay again.

This is a stateless access service, not an account or DRM system. An access URL or Remix can be shared once obtained; a copied project cannot be recalled. A refund does not automatically revoke the saved access URL.

Veyfold will refund verified accidental duplicate purchases, successful payments where access to the purchased product cannot be delivered or restored, and material defects in the delivered Remix link or template that cannot reasonably be corrected.

Because a Veyfold template is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer discretionary refunds solely for change of mind after access has been provided, except where applicable law or Stripe's Managed Payments rules require otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.

Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Refund handling may also be subject to Stripe/Link's applicable refund rules and any refund required by law.
